By engaging with Elite Staffing Palm Beach, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Placement Services
   Elite Staffing Palm Beach acts as an introduction agency, matching clients with qualified domestic staff. All candidates are thoroughly vetted, but the final hiring decision rests solely with the client.

2. Client Responsibility
   Clients are responsible for verifying work eligibility, managing employment agreements, compensation, benefits, and all applicable tax or legal obligations related to hired staff.

3. Guarantee Period
   We offer a [30/60/90]-day replacement guarantee. If a placement does not work out within this time, we will provide one replacement candidate at no additional charge (terms apply).

4. Confidentiality
   Both clients and candidates must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal and professional information obtained through our services.

5. Fees & Payment
   Placement fees are due upon hiring and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges.

6. Liability
   Elite Staffing Palm Beach is not the employer of any candidate and is not liable for actions, conduct, or performance once a placement is made.

7. Changes to Terms
   These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
